Terms of Service

signswift is a set of PDF tools that run inside your browser — merging, splitting, rotating, numbering, signing and converting images. The file you open is read and written on your own device. It is never transmitted to us, and we have no storage in which to keep a copy.

Because of that design, we cannot recover a document for you, cannot see what you processed, and cannot delete something we never received.

Each browser gets 3 free document exports per calendar month. The count is kept in your browser's local storage, not on a server. Clearing site data resets it. We accept that as the price of not tracking you.

A pass removes the monthly limit for its duration: 24 hours for $2, 30 days for $7, or 365 days for $39. Every pass unlocks the same capability; there is no feature held back from a cheaper one.

A pass is a one-time payment. It does not renew, there is no subscription, no card is stored and nothing is charged later. When the pass expires, the free allowance resumes.

Access is held in your browser, not in an account. If you clear site data or use a different browser or device, the pass will not be there. Write to support@xvilan.com with your Stripe receipt and we will restore it.

When you export, you may ask for a certificate page to be appended to the PDF. It records the SHA-256 fingerprint of the file as it was opened, the type, label, position and time of each stamp placed, and a fingerprint of that record. Anyone can recompute both values, and the free checker at /verify does exactly that.

What it does not do. It is not a qualified or advanced electronic signature, it is not a digital signature in the cryptographic sense, it does not come from a trusted timestamp authority, and it does not by itself make a document enforceable. The times it records come from the clock of the device that produced it. It is evidence that a particular set of stamps was placed on a particular file at a particular moment as that device reported it — nothing more, and we do not represent it as more.

Nothing in these terms is legal advice. Whether an electronic signature is valid for your document depends on the law that applies to it and on the parties involved.

You keep all rights in the files you process. You confirm that you have the right to open, alter and sign each document you use the tools on, and that you are not using signswift to alter a document you are not entitled to alter, or to present a record as something it is not.

Do not use signswift to break the law, to forge another person's signature or identity, to alter a record for a fraudulent purpose, or to interfere with the site or with other users. Do not attempt to bypass the payment step or to resell the tools as your own.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Your statement will show a charge from XVILAN LLC. Prices are in US dollars and are the total you pay; any tax that applies is shown by Stripe at checkout before you confirm.

Paid passes are refundable within 14 days of payment. The full position, and how to ask, is on the refund policy.

The tools are provided as they are and as available. We may add, change or remove a tool, and we may change the price of future passes; a pass you have already bought keeps its duration. We aim to keep the site working but we do not promise uninterrupted service.

To the extent the law allows, XVILAN LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill arising from use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the pass in question.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
